The app rarely works. I've tried updating it and several other things. Nine out of ten times when I try to login I get the message "Your request could not be completed. Please try accessing our website or return to the app later." Now with the "improved" website which is awful, it says for the best experience try using our mobile app. So frustrating!

I love my bank! they answer all my questions, and it's efficient to deposit using the deposit scan on the mobile app! absolutely wonderful!

You make it so hard to change a password or do this or do that you know some people don't have an extra computers they can go on you guys just assume we do and that's old people have a hard time doing stuff on your app
