One of the most poorly optimized apps I've ever dealt with, constantly gives error messages and failures, every time you open the app it crashes in the background until you need to force close the app, half the time the login won't even work, other times you can input all of the steps to e-deposit a check and it'll just fail to deposit, give you an error message and be done with it. absolute joke of an app, terrible optimization, who wants a banking app that doesn't work when you want it to?

Update** I wish I could give zero stars. The app has gotten even worse. I log in 10+ times and the second I click on my bank account I get logged out. I'm going to be switching banks ASAP. This is ridiculous. The app is not great. You'd think by now they would have it working better. It is slow and I always have to log in twice as it logs me out right away and says "you've been logged out" even when I just logged in. I also can't even get into my settings. It needs some major updates!

Great app and everything works pretty seamlessly, except they really have to step up their service because there's WAY too many outages where I can't access my accounts, online or in-app. I don't want to call for further details or help, I want my app to work right away because I have things to do right then and there. I don't have time to wait around on a call. Fix this, it's very annoying and causes issues I'm sure to more people than just me. It's still happening in 2026.
