I used to love this app. It worked seamlessly, rarely did I have a pending transaction, or a deposit that took days to clear. Pending transactions now take DAYS to clear. Bill pay is the same- I've incurred late fees because of the slowness. Depositing a physical check used to be super quick and easy-to-use; now, I often get kicked from the app when just opening the camera. Now, the new thing is that when opening the app, it freezes, and I have to login from my phones web browser.

Recently, this App. is not working for me. I am getting a message says "Rooted Device Detected" and don't allow to log-in. My phone was upgraded to Android 11. The app. is not working after that. I verified to make sure my device is not rooted and it is. I called the customer care about this issue and they have no clue for this error. Other users also posted the same issue for this App. This issue need to resolve ASAP. All my banking need is done through the App.

The app constantly resets your password so you have to create a new one. Deposits are always on time but the transactions will post and dissappear during weekdays to weekends causing the available balance to shift all over the place which is extremely frustrating. Also your app boasts about mobile check deposit but nowhere on the app does it have a selection for it along with your full website or any services to help you navigate that. Overall poor information and navigation of the app.
