Great app and everything works pretty seamlessly, except they really have to step up their service because there's WAY too many outages where I can't access my accounts, online or in-app. I don't want to call for further details or help, I want my app to work right away because I have things to do right then and there. I don't have time to wait around on a call. Fix this, it's very annoying and causes issues I'm sure to more people than just me. It's still happening in 2026.

Update: the developer reached out to let me know another app update was available, and after installing I am no longer having issues. I appreciate the fast response! After updating, I can no longer open the app. I just get some sort of reference number message and the app closes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work!

When it works it's fine. 50/50 shot it will actually work... actually it probably doesn't work more than 50% of the time. I have to use the mobile deposit function regularly for my business and half the time the app is continuously loading or kicking me out every other second. Because I use this feature so much, it's enough to sometimes want to switch to a different bank with a better functioning app.
