This app has become almost unusable as of recent. I have biometrics enable and I used to be able to sign in using my fingerprint. But within the last 2 months or so the app has started to think that its not enable and no longer let me sign in that way. I've even uninstall and reinstalled it. Also now within the last week it wont let me even attempt to sign in because the app is claiming that current phone is an invalid device. Its an S25, it doesnt get much newer than that.

This app not functional for reviewing your credit card information through FNBO. I logged in then the app forces me to load another app, the other app doesn't report your recent credit card information...no way to get to that information in the app. Recently shopping and got a notification that someone made a purchase on my card...tried looking at recent transactions and couldn't get to or see it. Clean up you customer experience FNBO.

I was told by the banker when I opened the account, the app isn't terribly cooperative with Android and I'm finding that to be true. When making a mobile deposit, it auto captured the front of the check fine, but when flipped to the back, auto capture did not work. The viewing window was distorted. Fortunately, a manual capture was successful.
