I have used the free and the premium versions of the app and have enjoyed both. Like many, I was stunned when they announced such a rate increase but paid it anyway because I enjoyed the options in workouts and the ability to connect with an advisor. I also enjoyed being able to log my food but it doesn't track sodium or sugar intake. I have reactivated my subscription and use the app regularly. It's worth the price. The only thing I would like added is have a sport based training program.

I love using 1st Phorm products like the protein powder and creatine but this app is just absolutely terrible. While the workouts are engaging and definitely make you sweat, it doesn't keep statistics on previous workouts well with giving inaccurate readings with weights and date. Also the worst of it all is logging food. 95% of foods can't be scanned a barcode and typing them in makes you scroll forever for the correct one. I will say though that working with Hector as a trainer is engaging.

Overall I really like the app, the tracking feature is great. But my main frustration is the pictures. Since last October my pictures have been grainy, blurry, and crop my pictures so much I have to stand on the other side of my room with my camera pointed down for it to just get from my knees up. This never happened before that and I've had the same phone for the last two years. I'm dealing with it because I have to enter the challenges, but it's very frustrating when I have to retake 5 times..
