I don't know if anyone else has this issue but the notification sound is unbearably loud to the point it hurts my ears when I am connected with a Bluetooth device. Even with no Bluetooth device connected to the phone, it is unreasonably loud. Turning down the volume does absolutely nothing. No other app has this issue. So I don't know why this app is the only one that blasts my ears off whenever I receive a message.

I hate this app. Every attachment must be downloaded to view, every interaction must be confirmed. No option to add sick days,holidays or attachments. No downtime option for holidays/weekends (our school sends messages late at night, on weekends, holidays-and expects parents to be available 24/7, we do have a life outside of school) 🙄.

The app is buggy, will not let me write a message, keeps shutting down with the message, There is a bug.
