Would have given negative rating but there is no option. W orst buying experience and service. The support staff has no clue how to resolve issues. Only half of my order was delivered, and they refuse to provide full refund. They never call back to update on the request status just unilaterally decide the resolution which is not satisfactory at all.

I'm unable to order chicken keema and chicken liver together because the app gets stuck on delivery slot. It has been happening since quite some time. I was unable tk use fresh cash as I had to order both separately and was not able to achieve the minimum amount to use fresh cash. Very disappointing.

I cancelled the payment as address was incorrect. But after that it is not letting me reorder. Just 90 second timer is showing on the screen and screen froze at 0 second. No option to go back or anything. I closed the app and on reopening the 90 second timer restarted.
