No way for the taxi to recognise the user, because the user cannot upload a profile picture... that makes it difficult for the Taxi to find you...pickup points like hospitals or airports are easy to busy to try describing yourself. In top of that usually the user had no intent when he arrives in a new country, therefore the user cannot contact the taxi driver when he arrives. Pictures are essential!

Since I have given them 1 star they have stopped replying to my emails. I bet this happens to thousands of people . As for Google Play they don't take any responsibility and still allow a fraudulent business to promote their app. Original Review - Driver didn't arrive. When I sent a message I got a rude message back. I had to arrange a new Taxi due to Get transfer been unable to help. They Promised a refund. Two weeks later still nothing just excuses. Don't use them they do not Refund

Paid for a round trip pick up to the airport in Canada. The driver did not show up for our pickup and blocked my number when I tried calling to see where he was. Had to hire a taxi and pay double due to this. I notified customer support, and it's been a week since they are investigating my complaint. What is there to investigate? I paid for a round trip, and your driver didn't show up. I will never use this company again. Good luck to you if you do.
