I much prefer the previous app. After installing the new one, it has a message that pops up telling me that rewards are not available at all locations. The message will not go away, and covers the whole screen. Even when I click 'Do not show this message again,' it's still there. Also, I never received my free pretzel reward for downloading the new app. Please fix! I love Pretzlemaker, but this new app is just frustrating.

Irritating. Every time I try to order from this app, it says "order cannot be placed, contact store location". This has been going on for months now, even after updating. Also, rewards don't always show up where they're supposed to. I had to get all the way to the payment option before it showed my $5 off coupon, which I thought expired since I couldn't SEE it. The only reason I keep this app is for the menu and for seeing how many rewards I have available (when it works).

I forgot my password and have been trying to use the Reset Password link in both the app and the website. It responds by saying an email has been sent with instructions, but I am not receiving the email. I checked both my Inbox and Spam folder. Nothing shows up.
