Purchase History FAILS to work AT ALL once again! They seemed to have fixed this last year, but now it's suddenly failing AGAIN! I think it's because of my gigantic movie history with them. But seriously...FIX IT PERMANENTLY THIS TIME PLEASE! Chrome Browser works without any troubles in viewing my purchase history instantly! So why can't this DEDICATED App do even as well as Chrome?! Your App here just hangs and says it can't access the purchase history again, just as before! :(

Buggy. Signing in to your account is a hassle, reset my password and it was still trial and error to get signed in. Now, if I want to buy tickets it will get stuck loading when I try to add a card. I know the app isn't freezing because it times out and gives me a chance to add more time, all while the loading icon is spinning away. Better off using the website or buying in person.

This keeps getting worse! I've updated, cleaned the cache, deleted & reinstalled...it's not my password. It all started with an update that didn't update? This caused the app to not load, it kept logging me out each and every time & it kept telling me my information was invalid when it wasn't. Beyond frustrating. Zero stars would be better, but that's not an option.
