App is slow and you get interrupted with too many ads too many times for things I don't care about, which eat away time. They should focus on making it as easy as possible to order and reorder. Service when something goes wrong is almost non existing, the chat is busy most of the time and you can't reach anyone, even if your order is late.

Horrible UI, difficult to navigate, way too much text. After adding what I was specifically looking for to the cart, I have no desire to look up other items. The shopping experience is so frustrating that it turns me off from shopping on this platform.

too much marketing push notifications and likely not able to disable unless turn off notification permission. a lot of merchant report punishment is unreasonable, missing color tape charge $100 for "repacking" fee for just stick back the colored plastic tape. unreasonable charge of plastic bag fee, cannot found any plastic bags even from sender side
