Very much disappointed with this App. Driving style reporting has been an absolute out of sync . The idiots who cut you off , jump ahead without signals forcing me to brake to slowdown , the idiots who tail gate forces to sudden drive change, driving at posted speed some times does not register properly and down grades my driving style. Please make the changes required. It seems that as you approach renewal time your strategy of excuse to increase the premiums.

The app does what it is supposed to do, you have your insurance electronic version all time, and It tries to provide safe driving behavior BUT here is where it fails. It totally depends on GMap, and Google map is far from being accurate with the city sings. Something, in Gmap there are stops, speed limits and lights that are totally wrong, and sometimes there are, on the road, all the mentioned above, but they aren't in G map. Intact has to follow city's officials sings and light to be accurate.

It is just frustrating. Most of the time it is not recording half of my trips. Very often the app requests to activate My drive and then gives "errors" on their side. Tech support suggests to restart the phone every time it happens. But it doesn't help. Now their app doesn't work at all - already more than 10 days. The only message the app gives - Technical Difficulties. Intact technical support says it is due to their upgrade of their system. So unprofessional - it takes them so much time.
