I love this app, And pretty much everything it stands for. However,I do not like the way interfaces with EBT. Sometimes it requires me to check my EBT balance 7 or 8 times before it will actually give me the little window where I can enter the amount of money that I want to use for the transaction It's very frustrating There is no way to contact anybody about the problem so it never ends. Also, when trying to see your pickups, only thing that will load is items for sale.

If the clerks aren't careful things you order aren't there. It's especially a problem when you have like items and they give the wrong one to someone else. Mostly a good experience and I've gotten a refund for things that weren't there. Update: I stopped buying things through the flash food app because too many times I could not read the packages. Why aren't you using the technology on the site that lets you pinch an image to enlarge it? Every other site uses that technology for images?

The app can be glitchy at times, ie. slow, freezing, etc. I have had it freeze when I try to complete a purchase and when I re-start it the purchase was actually completed. Also as others have mentioned the pictures are really blurry, which doesn't help with deciding if you should buy the food. Depending on the store, the pictures sometimes are for something different than the description, especially with store cut fruits. Not sure why the 5% fee? FlashFood was already getting their cut.
