Ratings and reviews

Great idea, poor app and very poor descriptions and often very poor pics of items. Most of the time can't see weight or volume, fresh veggies or fruit often already spoiled or moldy. It's like a lottery, hard to tell if the deal is any good or just wasted money. The app is often very frustrating since is slow in updating the stock. Items sold out already shown as available and only after going through the whole buying process it won't allow you finalize the purchase.

This is great! I've only had ONE problem picking up something that was no longer there (store's fault, not FF), however flash food refunded me and it was easy.🙂 There is only one store near me that participates with flash food, and I have the issue of when I am too far away from that store, this app takes a few minutes to load that store's inventory. I do find the store on the map fine and select it, but opening up the items takes so long. When I am at that store, however, it loads much better.

I do wish package weight was listed or photos were clearer so you could know exactly what you're getting. Love the convenience of checking out the app in the morning and being able to pick it up on the way home from work. If they work with the stores to fix the afformentioned issues this would be a 5 star experience.
