Ratings and reviews

App has become super slow. It takes much more time to add or remove any article to the cart. There is no option to remove article from the cart. Even it operates very slowly. Jiomart is at very infant stage as compared to amazon or flipkart. I am many times unable to avail the 10 % instant discount offer even after it is available. There are many technical glitches in application.

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with my orders. Every time I place an order, there's always at least one item missing, or I receive a damaged product, or the quantity is less than what I ordered. This has happened multiple times, and it's incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure if the problem is with the store or the app, but either way, the service needs serious improvement. Very disappointed!

Very bad service. Some items are missing whenever the order is placed. Then we have to make a request to their customer care and convince them to get the money for these missing items. If it is vegetable products, the damage will be more.At first one or two items were missing, now up to 9 items are missing. I would never recommend such an irresponsible app
