Doesn't work. Awful setup process. I try to register and it doesn't accept my new account but gives me no feedback as to what field needs correction. The only thing support does is push for paid subscriptions. Instead of helping new users get set up and working , they just keep telling you to purchase the cloud service. I'd like to know that this works before I pay for anything.

Overall the app is ok. The camera quality is great. My issue is that I often have major issues even getting access to the app. It won't open. Ask me to login. Takes forever, doesn't log in & then it says server timed out. This last for hours. It is very frustrating with the frequency it happens. UPDATE: The app doesn't play live without it freezing or the app crashing completely. It is extremely inconvenient & quite annoying. I have three cameras & they consistently say timed out.

We apologize, but one of our internet service providers experienced a total service outage in the region where some of our servers are located. This app is ok. Does what it say it does for the most part. Allowing you to view your cams remotely from your mobile devices. But quite often, when you try to go view your cams, it will just load forever and eventually give you a device offline msg even though your wifi strength is strong and connected. Not the best and most reliable app at times when you need it. Also, when I'm adding a new device, it's only giving me an option to scan the code which never works. Plus app no longer alerts.
