I'm so disappointed, I pre-ordered my trip the day before, and the driver was assigned 5 mins after my request. I waited for almost half an hour, but she didn't show up. I called the customer services 3 times but no one answered. I had to cancel the trip and order Uber so I barely can reach my lecture on time. The app doesn't provide any direct communication between the customer and the driver, no number to call nor location to detect. I was so excited to use it but you disappointed me so much.
