This app has done fraud with Me. I ha e purchased the samsung care plus plan before purchasing it was showing my device was eligible as it's only been 18 days I have purchased my device .It went through all the test and diagonis and asked for payment.and after doing payment its suddenly Start popping that sorry your device is not eligible .I have done 6999 rs of payment and now I loose my money. I did a mistake.. Samsung kindly refund my money asap.

There's a bug where the app cannot synchronize with the existing samsung account in the account manager preventing access to "upgrade verification" and "samsung care+". This has been the case for the past year and it still hasn't been fixed. I wish to replace my current phone but I cannot due to this bug. Whats the point of spending a lakh on phones and getting such reliability of apps.

In the first time, It was really easy to use and I was able to listen any kind of music I love to listen.. But now, when I opened this app, there's nothing..no music option is there, it's really 👎bad. I'm requesting to fix this issue, and this is a humble request, please!??! Hope, my request has been seen...but, please this is the only app where I can listen music!! Please fix it, please?!!
