FOOD DELIVERY
Customers can order food to their door from a large selection of restaurants and cafes in Cambodia.

GROCERIES
Customers can shop for groceries at many of Cambodia’s supermarkets or local shops.

SHOP
Customers can shop online for everyday products online.

RIDE-HAILING
Ride-hailing allows customers to book door to door transport by connecting them with Nham24’s drivers.

EXPRESS
Nham24 Express allows customers to send and receive items.

BUY & SELL
Nham24 Buy & Sell is a free classified ads service. Customers can buy and sell items, cars, properties, clothes, furniture, appliances and find or offer jobs in your area.

Ratings and reviews

The service itself if decent, the drivers always show up on time and are polite. Once I had a new driver who got lost and I received my food two hours late, but I was refunded the entire amount. My issue is with the app itself - it's slow and laggy and drops frames everywhere. It feels like an un-optimized React Native implementation that needs performance work. Sometimes scrolling through the lists are janky (frames dropped). Sometimes, I'm randomly logged out for no reason, sometimes it crashes in the order progress / map view. My biggest gripe is my favorites list doesn't display properly - I have about 20 places saved to favorites, but usually the list shows the same 10 places over and over in an infinite scroll. The favorites list should show all favorites, and be finite.

Very bad customer service. Their agent is useless, not even helpful at all, the response time was very slow and the agent has a very poor knowledge about their work, and can't even communicate properly. The app is great just remove the CS.

Okay so the app is great, easy to use, much better than others but the customer service is just way too slow Can take easily 5 to 10 min to get a response Usually I message because the restaurant not respond or there's a delay in my order By the time customer service respond the issue often already resolved making the customer service totally useless Edit: after my most recent experience with customer service this app doesn't even deserve 1 star
