Ratings and reviews

Easy to navigate but consistently crashes when trying to adjust pick up time. The app also does not let you use your rewards. For example, my account shows that I've earned 2 free cookies and that the reward will be applied at checkout, but it does not apply the discount

Terrible app. It tells you certain cookies aren't available. Then you can go on Postmates and boom the cookie is available. It doesn't track the rewards. I've sent emails that have fallen on deaf ears. I wish my kids didn't enjoy these cookies so much. Because with this lack of customer service I just wouldn't order anymore. Do better night owl. If your app wasn't ready you shouldn't have launched it.

Awful company. Super expensive cookies that only taste average. Terrible customer service. Does not fulfill your orders or refund your money.
