New update app is awful. There are three extra clicks to get to the questions now. After I donated that day it states in the app the next donation will be on this date and the amount is $$. On the date I can donate again the amount of money drops. Finding information on the new app vs the old app is frustrating.Too many extra clicks to get where you want to be. When you get there to start your donation process I found long lines and wait time can be up to an hour and only one tech processing

There are Major errors within the app. Nice app but glitchy. Two examples: 1000 Perk points is $5 but 5000 perk points is only $10. Also, when the app opens, it requests an update even though it has been updated. If you do not select Update, you have to go through two pages of signing in. If you select update, it doesn't update but skips the sign in all together giving anyone access to your account.

Returning donors are being forced to download this new app and won't be able to use the good app. You are being told to either create a new account or reset your password which you cannot because in both cases it gives an error message saying that "account not found" When resetting the password it says that "account not found" because it cannot send you the code to your email address. The call center cannot help you either.
