The app is unreliable and has been ever since they redesigned it a couple of years ago. 9 out of 10 times, when I open it, the app feels to load my account and acts as if it's signed out. Then sometimes about a minute or two later it'll log itself in. This is inconvenient when I'm in line trying to load it in order to scan my rewards more often it just never loads or signs in. It gives me errors saying it had problems fetching my data. So today, I cannot cash in on the double points offer.

Kept saying my login info was incorrect, logging me in anyway (repeated again at checkout as well), and rewards were visible but unusable. Every time I clicked one to use, despite having the correct amount of points and the reward saying it was available for use, it would then switch to unavailable ... as if I'd used it. It took zero dollars off my order. Frustrating.

This app is terrible. Rarely does it retain your password so you are constantly requesting a new password. Now you don't receive the new password email after requesting it. Your favorites are not retained or usable. It is difficult to use points or specials. It is just a poorly designed app. Just tried to login again... same issue except I successfully change my password and STILL can't login...smh
