1. View and schedule available shops
2. Review Shop Instructions

It makes reporting 10x faster than the web. I've been with this company 14 years and they are always willing to work with you to become a better mystery shopper. The app is regularly upgraded and the improvements have been significant. One suggestion I would make would be to have page numbers at the top of my list as well as the bottom. I'm a high volume shopper, so it's a bit time consuming to scroll all the way down to get to the next page. Otherwise, the app is near perfect!

Worst experience ever! No matter what they will always try to find some reason to cancel your shop! Shops are confusing and irritatiing and to get through editing is nearly impossible. Some shops require you to purchase memberships or items with your own money which in most cases is not refunded correctly if refunded at all. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Any worse and I would just call it a SCAM!!!

Hi Dwayne, We always inform Shoppers what they must do in order to comply with Client requirements, submit good reports, and get paid. If they don't, we give them every chance to submit a good report and/or supporting materials in a timely manner. If we still can't get those, then we cannot use the report, as we must adhere to Client requirements.

The app is asy to use, the loading times are fast, and the coordinaters respond in a fast and timely matter if there's an issue. The only minor problems are that the app doesn't let you take photos directly from your camera (you have to upload instead) and the app crashes when you try to go back from Google maps.
