New E2 Helmet and SC2 Comm device. Upon receipt, I installed the unit into the helmet and updated to the latest firmware. I'm currently unable to adjust volume on FM radio at all with the remote. VOX default sensitivity is way too sensitive and keep cutting in my audio (I'll play with the setting in the app). Loved the radio reception until I turn on my bike, then I get static unless it's a really local signal. Unable to charge while in use.

The software needs improvement, especially for the price tag. The app takes long to open, the equalizer is not good, the sound may be improved (that's why equalizer is important), Radio is sometimes not as stable as I wished for gets noise when it should be good. I would also like to have an option to give priority to the phone so that if the phone has sound, it would dim, our mute FM rádio while the sound is streaming from the phone.

New helmet, new intercom.. will be returning! I work in software and can honestly say this is the worst, not fit for purpose 'app' I have EVER come across. After hours of trying to get beyond the "Device not connected" screen DESPITE being paired in Android and I can hear music, make calls.. I've given up, boxing it back up and returning to dealer with the legally recognised "Not working as advertised" (false representation) as.. IT'S NOT WORKING!!
