I have had different security systems over the past 30 years and SimpliSafe is the best one ever. Response time is VERY fast. If a alarm goes off, even unintentionally setting the alarm off , get a phone call in moments! The cost was a little less than my previous system but this one I set up myself, all the sensors and system for the whole house, in about 30 minutes or less. I like the phone app that allows me to turn it off and on as needed and monitor the cameras to check on things at home.

It works for the most part, however, slow to respond on start-up. The widget that is built in for running on a home screen is worse. The status does not update unless your refresh, but the app is always running,?. Better than not having it. Don't get me started on the customer service aspect of it. I have experienced more broken promises and BS than I would have ever expected. Multiple pieces of equipment that have had to have been replaced promised call backs and equipment that should work.

Not optimized for S22+ So it stopped hanging so bad your phone would brick but it still doesn't work 100%. I cannot access any of the notifications settings, it just shows the category options and then when you click one, it changes screen quickly and back again to category options. So idk where I get notifications from but it doesn't make things easier of even slightly functional. Also it would be nice to be able to rearrange the order of camera view angles on your app home screen or computer.
