very frustrating and bad service. first of all i could not open an account, they ask you to enter code sent by email or message but it never arrives, secondly no system of forget password, and then atlast when i opened the account, it keeps on loading forever when i click to switch to learner account.

Poor Service - Don't Waste Your Time! It's been 3 weeks and my account is still not active. They are slow, unresponsive, and keep asking for documents repeatedly. Their WhatsApp support takes 4 days to reply. I am deleting the app. Don't fall for their ads; their backend support is a total failure.

The app is useful, but currently the login process takes too much time. It seems like a server-related issue, and sometimes the app gets stuck while logging in. This affects the overall user experience. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible.
