I used this app for a while, and then just like that it no longer opens. I wrote a email to customer service about the problem. They asked for any errors codes, of which there none. The app tries to open and then failing in the attempt, I am returned to my phone's home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still experiencing the same problem.

This app has been frustrating me! It is the slowest bank app I've ever used. I also have never been able to sign in with my fingerprints since 2019. I thought by now that there would have been upgrades to address this issue. I have been updating the app in hopes that things will be better but it's getting worse. For 4 days now, I've been unable to do any transfer from the app and have been stranded. I definitely won't be using this bank again.

Very terrible app for a commercial bank. I always wonder what you people do with the money you make from Nigerians if, in 2025, you still have an app like this. Boring interface, glitches, no transaction history, can't process bill payments, just an annoying beep sound for every attempt to do a simple transfer. I don't know a single thing that works perfectly in this country.
