Bought both the 4.99 a month and turned it on, then wanted to see if it was worth it. Now it asks me to pay again and says it's not on. The same applies to the 19.99 a year garbage. App likes the camera to respond to sound even though I turned it off. I want to shut off the light EXCEPT when it sees SOMEONE, not bugs, but it won't. It also doesn't send you notifications. I'll be cancelling the subscriptions since I can't use them. Ugh!! They charged my card again without my permission.

This camera,has terrible audio feedback. Even when I am 10 miles away the loud feedback stemming from the devices poor speakers overshadows any noise or voices in my home. The picture quality is about a 7 out of 10. I really wish I had bought a different brand. It's not the worst I have ever seen but it's definitely not as clear as it could be and recording sound is a complete lost cause. The app is not extremely user friendly for playback either tho you can eventually figure it out.

I bought this from Temu. I got what I paid for. Cheap! I will never buy another one. The motion on this camera doesn't follow human activities fast enough than it has been pointing downwards. I can not hear the person outside the camera. They sound too low or muffled. Worse part, I can't even get it to record without paying for it or getting an SD card. My next purchase will come from Amazon. All around, not buying another. Disappointed!!
