Ratings and reviews

Logged in using premium membership and when I'm outside and using 4G connection, it asks for subscription again without any button to logout or re login, what a mess of an update. Never a proper update every single time. Edit: The issue above still happening sometimes, but bearable compared to back when I initially wrote the review. Now, is it possible to add an option to NEVER show the "Permission Not Available" Pop up window every time I open the app?

The app is a bit slow and often disconnects from my tv so I have to register but QR option also never works. Search is awful / not intelligent, the app can't remember the shows watched so it's not registering on the continue watching list. I only subscribed for my mom since she loves korean drama but it's hard for her or older folks to use the app properly with these problems.

Has a lot of Asian especially Korean dramas which is great however i wish that they can bring everything in just like how some app is doing but only catering for certain language. Example: Currently The midnight studio kdrama isn't available while some other shows is . Hope you can bring in shows not just base on popularity since you will be missing out on shows which has great potentials to cater to wider viewers interests and preference . Other than that everything is perfect!
