Very bad application full of errors especially when saving videos (one time works other times not). Buy another brand because this is frustrating. I am really wondering the Devs aren't ashamed to present that. The save to album option doesn't work always. How difficult is to have a normal accessible folder for all the recordings. And it's on the same lan. Video goes to local but after long press and save to album does nothing.

Absolutely useless since the update. I used these cameras for a few years, was ok. Now they fail to connect to any of my devices and impossible to review saved footage. Email support is very fast to respond which is good but nothing can fix the problem on my 3 cameras.

Please confirm whether the camera can make a beeping sound after resetting. If yes, try to reconnect the network. If not, try to change the power supply and restart the camera.

Cannot record 24hrs. The app is very slow and usually not working. sometimes useless.
