E money with the worst service. I just wanted to upgrade my funds to premium but failed, and was told to chat customer service via email, but what? My email was only answered by a useless bot. I repeated several times and replied several times but still no response. Please improve your customer service, man, don't just avoid it.

Whoever made this system needs to be shot. Tried to top-up for a game and buy a "Wallpaper Engine" from steam. Literally blocks me with both merchant is on hold and "You've reached limit on your payment". Like seriously, the amount of imbecility from this single company's system doesn't deserve forgiveness. CS doesn't even help, neither does their bot Diana. If you're looking for a payment/bank app with proper transaction functions, OVO and Gopay is a better choice in a mile.

I always fail when I make a business withdrawal. I have cleaned up the storage or tried to delete the fund data. But when I do the face verification, it always goes back to the main page. Even though it says that the verification was successful. This is very annoying and frustrating. My money is still stuck in the business fund.
