I used to blindly rely on redBus due to their exceptional services. But, for the past few days it has been really disappointing. I had to book 2 different buses and both of them ended up cancelling on me. When a passenger cancels redBus would immediately charge a cancellation fee but do they do the same with bus operators? And the bus operators who cancel in the last moment should make an alternative arrangement for passengers. RedBus really needs to have a back up plan to avoid this. #upset

Title: Unreliable and Disappointing ServiceI had a terrible experience with this bus app. They canceled my booking just a few hours before my journey, leaving me stranded and without any alternative travel options. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when travel plans are involved. I won't be using this app again and would advise others to look for more dependable options.

Booking process is really easy but the only problem I have is that the seats are not marked while we book them so it's a bit confusing. If it was mentioned as it is in Bookmyshow where you can see the alphanumeric name of your seats, it would have been much easier. But I appreciate the rest of the UI.
