Gone downhill, after a third time having to go back and forth over live chat about the most menial of issues with my photos i've given up. The same product visible in a previous photo is cropped out of the next one (Tiny store) resulting in a rejected task the second time round. Apparently they expect you to do this in your break time which I find amusing, an excuse that support often utilise i'm sure. They refuse to let you re-open a rejected task so you can expect to have to revisit for £3.

One of the best audit visit and mystery shop style apps out there for at least the past 3 years. Head office team are fair (mostly) with submissions, app is user friendly and team are responsive and supportive even if you have an issue with a visit (so long as you reach out to them BEFORE your visit gets rejected). "Booked" visits pay the best and are exclusive to you if you meet the criteria and are first to accept but not enough of these available. Great app for pocket money but little else.

Please do not use this app for the price they paid. You have to do a lot of task. They tell you just to take a photo at the start and so on. It depends on what question and the more you answer the more the task gets bigger. So I would say for the price they pay you and it's a waste of time. Please do not use this app. You could try first time when once you come to know it's a piece of please do not try
