Since 15 august app cant see connection. It says turn off vpn, but i dont have a vpn. I have a chinese phone. Please explain

It's kinda convenient app for using shuttle bus. But I must login every time at the most confusing moments. For instance when you're at the bus, and there's a line behind you, the app decides to kick you out instead of showing the ticket. And that's where the struggle begins. Why can't it keep me logged in?

Worked fine until today, now when I'm trying to get some info about bus arriving schedule the app just tells me that "an error has occurred" and says like no nearby stops found even tho all other apps work fine, cell data goes normally and my location services are on. This app needs fix asap
