The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

I was surprised to see this app is upgraded. When I try to log in, it has to send to two OTP. Usually, it only gave options whether to use phone number or email. Now need both. Also when I try to log in using my username and password, it shows invalid. I am really sure that I already put the correct username and password.. what a stupid app!! I wonder if anyone has the same problems like me.

Singaporean user here. Keyed in correct current passport number and details. Two weeks already account still under verification. Wrote a feedback and they said info mismatch. Ask me if I used old passport to register previously (I didn't) or IC (maybe I did). But the app only prompts Malaysians to fill in IC, and foreigners like me to fill in passport number. Reinstall app also cannot work. Previous points gone, cannot collect new points also because card not linked. Shop at Lotus better.
