Switching to a new phone is extremely inconvenient. My old phone broke and suddenly I can't do anything. The app on the new phone does not let me register (the process just doesn't work). With SMS password confirmation it would be much easier. But I can't switch to it, since the operation requires a confirmation in the app on my old phone! Very frustrating!

The App is modern and I like it, but the home screen with widgets looks messy... also there are a lot of simple features, which I miss, e.g. "respond with a payment". In addition to that the contacts feature is hell, when I use Blik to Mobile it cannot check my contacts list.

Terrible user experience. Converted pln to euro by making self transfer and then noticed that there is a dedicated button for currency exchange hidden under "more" menu. Lost around 5k pln because of absolutely weird logic of the application. Why self transfer pln->eur is not the same to currency exchange and why the exchange rate is so much different? I called to the support and was told that they can not return transfers that I made to myself even though it was done a couple of hours ago.

We are sorry to hear about this situation. Own transfer is settled at the exchange rate we show before confirming the transaction. It is more cost-effective to use in-app Currency Exchange.
