Ratings and reviews

The concept would be great if it actually worked. Out of the 3 orders I have done, I have not had 1 good experience. 2 orders were very late and then where the shopper should chat to you to check alternatives, I had 1 order where he just ignored my message. When you call or follow up, it is just "sorry", but nothing gets done. Will definitely be deleting this app.

Multiple things in this app do not work. Firstly, the first order coupon codes do not work, it gives an error saying it is invalid, even though it is my first order. Secondly, customer support is no help. They say that I've forfeited the first order coupon, when I have not placed an order. That does not make sense. They resorted to giving me a free delivery code. Which I attempted to use, but at checkout, the app says unable to proceed to checkout. Don't waste your time with this app.

Initially using the app it is really great and convenient. I work at a holiday place and people come who need my help at times. I shop with one cart the next thing they ask for verification. After sending verification ko communication at all they just close your account and tell you you can withdraw money from your wallet yet you won't be having an access anymore. I urge people to stick to checkers and PnP apps. Disappointed 😞
