The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

I am unable to continue after facial biometric consent. I have also granted all permission required to use this app. After recent update it has stopped working. I am using android version 9 in Samsung note 8

I formatted my phone then installed the latest version of UAE pass. My phone is compatible with the new update. However, facial recognition is not working. I cannot retrieve my account. I tried everything, clearing cash , giving access and restarting my phone. But it is still not working .plz help
