I am enjoying the app, but I've had a few issues. The roundup option doesn't work no matter how often I ask for it to be fixed; sometimes I need to change my password as the app won't recognize my password as correct, and my accounts keep disconnecting in the app. I do like that I don't notice how much I'm saving so it's a nice surprise, especially since they invest for me so I make a bit off my savings. However, they force payments from accounts that don't have the money causing overdraft fees.

I really liked Mogo back when it started but the most recent app is frustrating. The new login and sign up process is a visual nightmare with all of the flashing and one-word-at-a-time text. I just want to see my investment info, but the app is unreliable and often crashes.

Wanted to see if the app would connect to my bank after other investing apps didn't. It seemed not to connect, so I didn't use it - but months later I discover they've been withdrawing a monthly subscription fee directly from my account. No asking me to confirm a subscription, literally no emails whatsoever of starting an account or subscription, and no money invested because I never completed sign up. Just withdrawing monthly fees. Customer service didn't answer my question when I complained.
