Horrible app. When I attempted to restore my messages, many of the received messages were duplicated 3-4 times and all sent messages were missing. Also, there's absolutely no reason to charge a subscription because there is no form of online backup; the file is saved locally and must be manually located and transferred if you want to restore messages on a new device. Also, it seems that the devs changed the app icon to imitate an app that actually works.

it did exactly what I needed, which was to import my GOOGLE MESSAGES from an old phone to the new phone! it worked exactly as needed. I caution you, though! it's $15/WEEK if you don't cancel the subscription. frankly, it would be less dirty feeling if they simply made it $15 for a single transfer. I know they are taking advantage of unknowing subjects who can't figure out how to cancel. in any event: it worked exactly as described and I didn't pay a penny.

More ads than any other app! Before I could even read what permissions it was asking for it loaded a full-screen, non-skippable ad. I had to put my phone into airplane mode just to be able to use the app at all! The only reason I'm not giving this one star is that it did in fact allow me to transfer all my texts to a new phone, but honestly it felt like malware with how many ads I just went through. I legitimately feel dirty now.
