I tried booking car twice, first time it got cancelled for unknown reasons, the second time it was showing signing contract for over 2 weeks, and I contacted customer service and they told me that they will resolve this issue in 24 hours before more than a week and since then no response from them as well.very bad service. I do not recommend to go through this app. Too much delays.

Bought my car from this app in 2021 (peak covid supply crunch) and the car had minor issues but overall a great car. Had to sell the car in 2024 and siyarah found me a buyer and guided me throughout the process. Fantastic people
