overall, an unreliable app often has bugs, crashes, particularly in the last 6 months it has been even worse. I have quick reference on to see account balance without signing in, never works half the time can't get into my account. transfer delays between accounts despite all accounts linked app is often shut down for "maintenance" and when it comes back online it's even worse than before. overall. not happy with the app

The NAB app is smooth, fast, and reliable 💚. I love how easy it is to transfer money, manage accounts, and get instant balance updates. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Secure login with Face ID is a big plus! 🔒📱 Great features for everyday banking on the go!

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.
