In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

I installed the app with the hope to be able to quickly check the remaining credit and usage history. Instead I've got an app which wants to discuss weather, cooking and parking. Takes one hour to set up, with multiple passwords, pins, verification codes and captcha. When I finally found "check reload and usage history", it replied "unable to retrieve". Totally absolutely useless. I want a refund for the time spend trying to get it too work.

The app is slow, the UI is okay but not much of an upgrade compared to the previous version. Some things feel mismatch and some windows don't allign at all. I only use this app to check my mobile data usage and I have too jump through too many hoops (also wait way to long) to see my usage. The sad part also being that the circular indicator is also super pixelated... I was also randomly logged out and had to go through the annoyingly slow setup process to just see my data usage again.
