It doesn't read any document on my pixel 6a. It comes back to the option of reading the document and when you select it, it says to wait 15 mins. I tried with my partner's phone and it worked. I tried to use it to register with two different phone carriers. it doesn't work saying that for the operation I need a Belgian account.

It's really sad that the app is available in so few countries. I don't live in Belgium anymore, but I still have a lot of dealings with Belgium, which I used to manage with itsme app. Now my Belgian ID expired and I can't update my login, because my personal ID is not accepted. Really frustrating.

Annoying that I can't update my address on it. Otherwise excellent and very simple to use.
