The app is a piece of garbage. Very often, basic features don't work and simple operations like payments and transfers become unavailable. And if you need to interact with support agents, be prepared to face people who are really bad at what they do. perfect app, wish I could move tiles and customize the first dashboard

Horrible! The app breaks all the time. I've got a new device. I downloaded this app and I needed to revalidate my identity and subscribe the iSafe on the new device. Work done successfully. Then in the next day I got a new email saying that I should resubscribe my operator and my iSafe on my phone once again?! Hey! I did it all once again and I could log in on that but now Im. getting an error when trying to connect with the right operator/password and it says it couldnt connect again... 👎
