It wasn't a good experience. I bought a ticket to the seaside one day before trip. I was going to the place indicated to wait for the bus when I received an email to the company cancelling the trip due mechanical problems with the bus, but It was only 30 minutes before the trip...unbelievable! you could have told me earlier, I had an appointment that day and I was late because of it I had to go to the bus station to buy a more expensive ticket to arrive on time! Take more responsability Buser!

Always go flix bus if you can when in Brazil. Cheaper and better seats and wifi. Just better buses. Buser will send me a promotion like this 10% off for the survey and then when I go to the app to use it it says I already have. Um. No I have not. I've had the most problems with discounts with buser.

Terrible, the bus showed up 2 and a half hours late, after I had already given up waiting, and client support only told me it was late because of traffic, when the bus had never even left the last stop it had made, and they had no accurate waiting time to inform me. Never using this app again.
