I like how it's all laid out in a thoughtful manner yet professional. You can keep track of my symptoms and manage them with activities on the app. You can also help calm yourself with soothing music and sounds as well as upload your own music. I love that you can personalize my experience where, at the end of an activity, you can gauge your emotions on a scale of 1-10 and see if that activity worked for you or not. You can also personalize your care plan, which,as you know is super important.

Basically the same as PTDS Coach made by the Veterans affair in the US, but with a terrible design and lot less polished. On the upside, if you feel nostalgic about the software from the early 2000 era, but with a mobile twist, this app is definitely for you. Otherwise just get the US app.
