Terrible Design. Compared to many other credit card providers this app is terrible. You have to navigate several menus just to see your statement. It's ridiculous and convoluted and I often miss payments whereas the other bank apps make it clear and concise and I never miss a payment. I think if we are forced to use an app for free statements it should be very easy to use instead of convoluted with unnecessary clicks. I would cancel my credit card from PC if it didn't affect credit score.

It's a credit card app. Does what you need when you need to check balances and transactions. Company doesn't offer tier ups to next cards. I have to pester them. Gives you the "We'll call you when you're ready" speech. They have specific requirements to be met and I've proved their support team on multiple occasions that I've been due for an upgrade and they agree and tell me they'll contact me. Been over a year on that request. I've been missing out on extra 10 points for a year now.

Have to keep re-enabling the biometrics login... It reverts back to no biometric fingerprint login frequently very annoying... Also requires a two-stage verification upon sending e-transfers from my phone that I use all the time and when you go to manage trusted devices, nothing shows up there! Only the option to remove all trusted devices, but no devices are listed there even though I've designated my phone that I use all the time as a trusted device (multiple times)
