About this app

This 4G Cellular Trail Camera uses a 4G LTE module, and operates with 8 AA batteries. Data will be stored to the SD card. Moving objects will be detected by the passive infrared sensor (PIR) of the trail camera, then pictures will be captured and transmitted to the App on smart phone through 4G network.
To activate the SIM card, there is a quick start guide on the App to get you through. And we have a data storage plan in the cloud. The pictures stored in the SD card is at 4MP resolution, and it would be at VGA resolution uploaded to the cloud.
Image Resolution: 4MP and 2MP are optional.

Do not buy anything that uses this app! No customer support, bugs all over this system! finally got it working after taking a free trial, which was supposed to be for 7 days ... ended up being around 30 minutes later a notification coming from them saying I've used all the data!!! so naturally I buy the unlimited plan, then the camera goes blank and they tell me to go reset it, it's in the middle of nowhere!! Beware the cloud service and data service plans are sold separate but need both to work

I was unable to add the device to the app. Support gave me the run around to fix it until I got sick of the slow communication and constant "try this". Nothing they recommended worked. They supplied a usps label to return it. The tracking number shows that it made it to the destination, but they claim it has not arrived and will not send a new one or a refund. They were really pushing getting a replacement everytime I brought up a refund.

Not only is it nearly impossible to pay for the plans (keeps booting me to a separate website then refreshes when I get back to app after paying causing the payment to fail)... you need to pay for 3 different plans to even use it. 1 just to view the camera and live feed, 1 to record, and 1 to store the recording. The cameras themselves are great but the app is a complete scam. Do yourself a favor and return the cameras for your money back.
