While Dialpad as a service is great, there are just some features that are missing. 1. No way to simply disable a user 2. No way to forward calls to another person on the app. 3. Some of the AI functions. 4. Other settings changes on the app. This is very general I know, but other providers just offer more control. With all this said, as a service, Dialpad is better than a lot of others. Call quality has been so much better than our previous provider.

This was absolutely horrible... if you run any business that NEEDS SMS texting, do NOT go with DialPad and sign up for their yearly contract. You are locked in, with no way of canceling... I signed up because i was recommended through the CRM I was using, and at first i liked it. Then I tried to get the SMS registration done, and it's STILL not verified after 4 months... I signed up with HighLevel to do the same thing. They had it done in 9 days. complete waste of time and money.

The phone and desktop apps are both full of bugs, the apps barely function. They doubled their prices, but still can't offer a working product. The android app, as many here have been complaining about for months, just ring an incoming call alert endlessly, without prompting you with an option to answer the call. So not only does your call not come through, the only way to stop the device from ringing is to shut down and restart your phone. The web login is the only one that actually works.
