The service in itself is great. But while on desktop searching for available car is easy as it shows a timeline graph for their availability, there's no such thing on the app. This forces the user to enter a desired time frame and hope that an available slot will appear, in a mindless trial and error exercise. This is especially grating in Cork, where only a handful of cars are available.

I've seen a lot of terrible reviews for this app, and that's primarily why I was hesitant to use it. But we had no other option, given our ages (21) and the amount of time we've had our licenses for (2 years). Honestly, we plan on using GoCar every time we go to Ireland. It's much easier and cheaper than renting a car from the airport. The car we rented had Bluetooth and it was automatic. Everything worked well. It was great on gas. I recommend GoCar!

If I could give zero I would. Booked one car, wasnt returned in time for my booking. They charged me a service fee even though the app said "no charge" to cancel (they should be offering me a discount or something, ridiculous). Had to try and book another vehicle immediately, was 10km away from the location it was supposed to be. Why did they even let me book it? Terrible service and overpriced too. Don't be fooled, it's not convenient. Worse, customer support is weekday daytime only
