Ratings and reviews

The service in itself is great. But while on desktop searching for available car is easy as it shows a timeline graph for their availability, there's no such thing on the app. This forces the user to enter a desired time frame and hope that an available slot will appear, in a mindless trial and error exercise. This is especially grating in Cork, where only a handful of cars are available.

I had a good experience. I signed up, was verified and collected the car at Tesco, Ballincollig, within 2 hours. The car was a 241 Renault Clio. It was in good condition and mostly clean. I paid €55 upfront to use the car for 24 hours, that included fuel and insurance. The first 50km are included and any more were 25 cent each. I travelled approximately 107km so was billed an extra €12 or so when I returned the car.

I downloaded this app so I could easily access a car rental so I could travel ireland with my partner and after 2 weeks of sending emails and phoning the support number my profile was not verified and I have had no reply or help , disappointed and had to make other plans that made or experience sour
