The App isn't really that bad, it's more the entire company/system is needlessly complicated... I have 15.66 saved up and ended up being in a situation where I really needed to use them. But I don't have an actual physical card, I have just used my number for years to accrue points. Just get a card! Easy! WRONG. From the phantom URLs that lead you nowhere to endless subsidiaries of the Kickback Program (am I Phillips 69? or Pocket Rocket?) makes for a confusing nightmare.

Less than expected. The poker has never been updated so it doesn't work. It never has instant prizes. The fantasy football..that's a joke. It never updates or gives special offers. And the points don't add up like they should when you spend money. The only thing that does work is spending your points. As long as you don't loose your card. If you loose your card you are screwed.

I love the kickback points app. Is very easy to use and navigate and with a tease abuse you're able to have your phone scanned at the register check all of your reward statuses so you know where you're at and see all kickback members specials at the store in which you are at or indoor closest to because of location services. Definitely a job well done
