If you do not agree with the billed charges, you can claim your bill on or before the due date.

Did you make a payment, you verified your history and you see not credited to your account or reflected as "in transit"? Now you can make a claim online in a few minutes.
• Invoice not received.
If you have not received your bill by mail, you can use the app to select the account that is missing the bill, provide us some details so that we can investigate.

If you detect a issue, via your mobile phone you can take a photo, enter basic information and report it.

You can request water service activation for residential customers

You can request to cancel water service for residential customers
• Request a Payment plan
If the debt exceeds $250, you can apply for a repayment plan, in which case your immediate payment will be 40% of the entire amount owed.

This app is not well maintained and very frustrating. Upon sign in it says it's sending a code to your email but it actually sends it to your phone. If you leave the screen to get a code sometimes it makes you re-sign in to get a new code and there's no choice to not have two-factor authentication. When you select other options in the app some of them do not load properly. There's no email information or contact information in the app to contact AAA. There's no reason it is unacceptable.

Horrible!!! Old app was easy to use. This one is impossible and the AAA phones are NOT EVER answered. Totally useless. The credential verification asks for "license" which I assume means drivers license, but if you do have my drivers licence number it is like 20 years obsolete so I CAN NOT enter the account info. SO.. I am done using this stupid app!!!!!

This app is horrible and does not work if you have more than 1 account. Glitchy on autopay and doesn't recognize its own account numbers. It shuts down any attempt to edit payment settings by saying that the account does not exist... but it auto generates the account number and bills me for that account , so it definitely exists... A real pain and impossible to use.
